New garage work and art :)
I originally had an epoxy/flake floor coating installed, as I’ve had good luck with that stuff in the past, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. I hired a very well known outfit to do this and wasn’t expecting any issues but almost immediately, the floor started to yellow. He came and refinished and it still looked like hell. Ultimately it began to peel up in some areas now. Long story short, I’m installing a porcelain tile floor in hopes of ending this floor nitemare. I’ll post more photos upon completion.
Just wanted to drop some pics here of the progress and talk about this new sign I recently purchased. I’ve got a friend who owns a big commercial sign business and I talked him into building one of these for me. I’d seen some very similar for sale on various different online auctions, etc but the prices were pretty eye watering really. Using those for inspiration, I’m fortunate that he was able to build something identical for me, for less than half of some of the prices I’ve seen elsewhere. While not the new logo, I think it came out looking great and I couldn’t be happier with it.
